The short version
We collect the information you give us through the consultation form (name, business, phone, email, state, city, and what you want from a website), plus a small amount of automatically collected technical data (IP address, browser type, referring URL). We use it to reply to your inquiry and to keep the site running. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone who isn't directly helping us run our business.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a consultation form, we receive the fields you fill out (business URL, business name, full name, phone, email, state, city, the bundle you selected if any, and your goals). When you email us, we receive whatever you put in the email.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, request path, timestamp) and basic analytics — page views, referrer, country-level location. We use Google Analytics if you have not opted out via your browser or extension. Analytics never contains personally identifying information beyond what you submit.
Cookies. The site uses one first-party cookie for session continuity and optionally a Google Analytics cookie. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your consultation request by phone or email.
- To send the lead-confirmation email after you submit the form.
- To improve the website (which pages get visited, which forms convert, where the friction is).
- To enforce our rate limits and prevent abuse of the form.
- To comply with applicable law if required.
How we store it
Form submissions are emailed to our team via Resend and may be retained in our email inbox indefinitely for follow-up purposes. Server logs and analytics are retained per the providers' default policies (typically 26 months for Google Analytics; shorter for Vercel logs).
Who we share it with
We share data only with the third-party services we use to run the site:
- Vercel — hosting and request logs.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google Analytics — usage analytics (opt-out compatible).
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that governs what they do with the data we send them. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information (we will, unless we are legally required to keep it).
- Stop processing your information for marketing purposes.

Children
The site is not directed at people under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the “last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
